[Bug] Chrome MCP extension blocks navigation to all domains except sellersunited.com after April 13

Bug Description
Chrome MCP ("Claude in Chrome") blocks navigation and all interactions on nearly every domain as of April 13, 2026. Only sellersunited.com works. All other domains (zapier.com, google.com, github.com, amazon.com, example.com, etc.) return "Navigation to this domain is not allowed" or "Permission denied for this action on this domain." This was working earlier the same day. Extension v1.18.0, macOS 26.4.1 (25E253), Claude Desktop last modified Apr 9. Extension settings show "Allow extension" for all sites with only wellsfargo.com blocked. Restarting Chrome and Claude Desktop did not resolve. Appears to be a server-side allowlist change.
