[BUG] Max 100$ credits became 20$ and all my prior Credits gone.

What's Wrong?

Description
I am reporting an urgent emergency bug in my account balance and API credits following a subscription downgrade from Max to Pro.

Background:
I held a Max subscription until a few days ago.
I had $50 in API credits granted approximately 1-2 months ago with no time limit mentioned.
I had an additional $100 balance from my Max subscription intended for my next renewal.

The Issue:
Immediately after downgrading to the Pro tier:
The $50 API credits have completely disappeared from my dashboard.
The $100 subscription credit was reduced to $20 without any usage that justifies this deduction.
I paid for 100$ and should get the 100$ credits.

Account Details
Previous Plan: Max
Current Plan: Pro
Estimated Missing Amount: $150 ($50 API credits + $100 missing from balance)

Additional Context
I have already tried to reach out via other channels with no response yet.
Its very urgent to me because it is delaying my work, and I planned to use those credits in this period of time.
I would appreciate a manual review of my billing history to restore the missing credits.

What Should Happen?

Expected Behavior
My promotional API credits ($50) should remain valid regardless of my subscription tier, and my remaining balance from the Max plan should be correctly prorated or maintained fully for future Pro renewals.
