Preflight Checklist

- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
In Claude CLI if you are asked for permission to edit a file or something, often times the choices are:
1) Yes
2) Yes and don't ask again for xyz
3) No
But other times in the same operation, it will present:
1) Yes
2) No
What Should Happen?
This is confusing, and makes me spend more time making sure I don't tap the wrong number. I think it would be an improvement to change it to:
1 Yes
2 Yes always
0 No
and
1 Yes
0 No
It doesn't have to be 0 necessarily, I just think whatever the options are, they should stay consistent with their category.
Error Messages/Logs
No errors, just a UI inconsistency that causes extra focus
Steps to Reproduce
- Do something that requires a lot of thinking and writing a lot of files
- You'll be presented with a bunch of questions for permission
- Sometimes they are 1) yes 2) yes always 3) no, and sometimes they are 1) yes and 2) no
