[FEATURE] Scheduled Tasks: add delete/archive capability

Problem Statement

I've found that when I update a scheduled task, taking elements from a previous one, the old scheduled task takes up space in my scheduled task folder, and I would like to archive this.

Proposed Solution

I would like to be able to archive unused scheduled tasks.
