[FEATURE] Shared memory between Claude Code and Claude.ai web conversations.

Problem Statement

I would like to be able to share chats I have with Claude.AI with Claude Code. Right now I have to copy/paste md files and Claude Code has been asking me the same questions as Claude.AI. Shared memory would be great.

Proposed Solution

Having the memory shared automatically would be ideal. If not, claude -fromweb https://claude.ai/chat/[id] would do the job!

Alternative Solutions

Copying chats wholesale or .md files is my current method.
