[BUG] /resume now includes sessions from all projects

What's Wrong?

using /resume in claude code now displays sessions from all of my projects rather than just the current one. Sessions from separate projects won't make any sense to resume in a different codebase.

What Should Happen?

/resume should display session history for the current project

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any project
2. type /resume

Sessions display their path, and ones not in the current path still appear
