[BUG] WSL2 autocomplete file names on tab broken

Environment

• Platform: WSL2 ubuntu
• Claude CLI version: 1.0.62 (Claude Code)
• Operating System: Windows 10 - running WSL2 "Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS" through powershell/terminal
• Terminal: powershell/terminal

Bug Description

Cannot autocomplete filenames when hitting tab - ie : typing clau <tab> does not autocomplete to claude.md

Steps to Reproduce

1 - uninstalled and reinstalled WSL Ubuntu24.04.2 from scratch
2 - installed new npm/nodejs and everything required for claudecode to run
3 - ran claude
4 - autocomplete file names not working

Expected Behavior

Hitting Tab brings up list of files to autocomplete to

Actual Behavior

Tab doesnt do shit

Additional Context

This recently started happening within the last few versions and now will completely not work.
