[Bug] Voice toggle inconsistently captures or processes audio input

Bug Description
the voice toggle acts buggy pretty frequently, it either enters space/key value rather than voice capture or it shows the recording signs but doesnt process voice and says no voice recognised. it was there in 83 version and 82 was working fine, now again in 89 this issue's back, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt at all
