You've hit your limit · resets 4:30pm (Asia/Calcutta)

Bug Description
I have upgraded by plan, I can sess my current session usage as 0%, but I am still getting error You've hit your limit · resets 4:30pm (Asia/Calcutta). When I hit this first, I check current session to be 100% in the output of /usage command, it was showing 4:30pm (Asia/Calcutta) as reset time. Then I upgraded the plan. Now I can see current session usage at 0% and reset time to be 7:30pm (Asia/Calcutta) 5hrs from the time of plan upgrade. Now I am not able to proceed on any session (existing or new).
