[BUG] Built-in Chrome MCP `gif_creator` tool produces a broken gif

What's Wrong?
The resulting .gif contains action labels that are desynced with the screenshot contained on the respective slide in the .gif
Entire pages are half, or entirely cut off (only part of the page visible, rest is blank)
What Should Happen?
The resulting .gif should be coherent
