Marketplaces cannot be deleted from the personal plugin customize menu

Description

When a user adds a marketplace to their personal plugins and then navigates to the customize menu (personal plugin settings UI) to remove it, the delete action has no effect. The marketplace remains in the list and cannot be removed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code
2. Navigate to the personal plugin menu (Settings → Personal Plugins or equivalent)
3. Add a marketplace to personal plugins
4. Open the customize menu for personal plugins
5. Attempt to delete/remove the marketplace that was added

Expected Behavior

The marketplace is successfully removed from the personal plugins list and no longer appears in the customize menu.

Actual Behavior

The delete action has no effect (the delete option is either missing or clicking it does not remove the marketplace). The marketplace remains in the list after the delete action is attempted.

Additional Context

This appears to be a UI/functionality bug in the personal plugin settings where the delete/remove action for marketplaces is not wired up correctly or is otherwise non-functional.
