Missing the Unarchive function in Claude Code for for desktop

Problem Statement

Rob, you’re right to flag this. In Claude Code Desktop, archived sessions are only meant to be viewed by filtering the sidebar to Archived - there isn’t currently a way to switch an archived session back to Active from the UI.
So the best way to handle it is to report it as a product limitation so it can be tracked and prioritized. The cleanest report is: “Windows 11, Claude Code Desktop: accidentally archived a session, and there’s no way to unarchive it from the sidebar.”
