[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Usage Policy violation on chemistry computation tasks

Bug Description
regular computation chemistry tasks, always shows "API Error: Claude Code is unable to respond to this request, which appears to violate our Usage Policy
(https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup)" similar tasks done 10 days ago then 33% current session tokens gone
