What's Wrong?

Pro subscriber, Claude Code stable 3 mois, mais consommation token x5 depuis aujourd'hui, config inchangée. Juste en 5 minutes et six messages échangés. (dont 3 après un /clean). Best regards.
Franck . A noter que depuis plus d'un mois, je constate que je consomme le forfait hedommadaire en deux jours, trois, tout au plus, en faisant très attention. Et en prenant les préconisations d'Anthropics pour éviter de surcharger le contexte. D'autant que sur les 5 heures, en principe, le timing est consommé en moins d'une heure. Alors qu'avant, je n'avais pas ces limites. Merci. Je tenais à vous le signaler. J'espère que vous pourrez résoudre ceci. Avec mes remerciements.

A 5-hour session should last approximately 5 hours of active use, as it did for the first 2 months of my subscription

Steps to Reproduce

Normal conversational usage with Claude Code and custom MCP servers. Config has been continuously optimized over 3 months to reduce context usage. No recent change that would explain increased consumption.

Yes, this worked in a previous version

Last Working Version

Worked well with Claude Code ~3.0.x / Opus 4.5 (February-March 2026). Degradation noticed progressively since ~early March, worsened significantly today with 2.1.92 / Opus 4.6.
