[Bug] Update notification persists after successful brew upgrade on stable channel

Bug Description
I am running on the latest stable release of claude code installed by homebrew, but the app still displays "Update available! Run: brew upgrade claude-code" in the console. I have set "autoUpdaterChannel": "stable" in my ~/.claude/settings.json already.
