Conversations rename themselves after computer has been restarted and I open vs code up with claude

What's Wrong?

When my computer restarts or vs code is closed and i open it and try and load an old Claude conversation. it renames itself based on the last thing typed in that chat, so it makes very hard to find specific projects and conversations. whatever the name is needs to always be that name.

What Should Happen?

The conversations should always remain the name I made it.

Steps to Reproduce

Rename a conversation you've been using. Restart your computer and then open VS code and that conversation will most likely be renamed now.
