[BUG] Tui Output deleted after using claude code for some time

What's Wrong?

When using Claude code, randomly, usually when new agents or sub-agents are spawned, the TUI output will delete all the output previously outputted.

Here I have a session that has 114K tokens, and have been working with. even in output mode, (CTRL+O/CTRL+E) the output is now gone. I am unable to view it anymore

This has been happening since Friday as long as I can tell.

What Should Happen?

I should be able to view a lot of my output, and in output mode (CTRL+O/CTRL+E) I should be able to scroll the entire output history.

Steps to Reproduce

have a session open, work in it for some time.

Spawn sub agent s multiple explores, usually this is what causses it to happen.
