Feature request: Pin/favorite and rename conversations in sidebar

Problem

When working on multiple projects from the same directory (e.g., Claude Desktop), conversations pile up under a single project grouping with no way to organize or find them later.

Requested Features

1. Pin/favorite conversations - Ability to star or pin important conversations so they stay at the top of the sidebar list
2. Rename conversations/projects - Ability to rename a conversation or re-assign it to a different project so it is easier to find later

Context

Currently conversations are grouped only by the working directory they were launched from. If multiple projects are worked on from the same directory, they all get lumped together with no way to distinguish or organize them. The search feature helps but is not a substitute for being able to quickly find key ongoing conversations.
