[BUG] Dragging multiple images from Finder only attaches 1-2 instead of all (macOS Ghostty, v2.1.92)

What's Wrong?

En Windows PowerShell, drag-and-drop de 13+ imágenes escribía todos los
paths y se adjuntaban todas. En macOS con Ghostty, solo se adjunta 1. Ghostty sí pega
todos los paths (confirmado), pero Claude Code solo procesa el primero.

What Should Happen?

En powershell, al arrastrar +2 imagenes al chat, se escribe el path de la dirección de la imagen y así se pueden subir varias imagenes de una sola vez y no 1 por 1. Acabo de comprar una MAC y uso ghostty y tengo este fallo. Siempre usé Powershell 5.1 y 7 sin problema.
