[BUG] auth.anthropic.com is failing

What's Wrong?

auth.anthropic.com returns NXDOMAIN from Google DNS (8.8.8.8)
api.anthropic.com resolves fine to 160.79.104.10

This makes OAuth login impossible in Claude Code CLI.
