Two /compact calls take 47+% of session limit tokens in Max x5

Bug Description
I ran a two parallel /compact calls, one for a session ~660k tokens, one around ~450k. I was at ~53% token usage in that session.
Those two compact calls instantly brought me to 100% session limit in my Max x5 plan.
Something has to be seriously wrong with token limits or usage in Claude Code.
