[BUG] "Tell Claude What to change" text box when taking Plan input no longer wraps around

What's Wrong?

When trying to make suggestions to a plan, I can no longer see what I have typed after 1 line, no matter how I resize the window.

Using Claude code in regular Windows Command Line terminal in VSC 1.114

What Should Happen?

The text should wrap around and display the entire message to be seen before being submitting for plan changes

Was able to recreate it by simply starting a new instance and initiating and trying to ammend a plan.
