/fast slash command not discoverable via Tab completion in CLI

Version: 2.1.92
Platform: macOS (Darwin 24.6.0), zsh, CLI terminal

Describe the bug:
The /fast command is not discoverable via Tab completion in the interactive CLI session. Typing /fast + Tab produces no autocomplete suggestion, while other slash commands do appear.

The lightning bolt icon (↯) in the status bar is also not clickable to toggle Fast mode.

Expected behavior:

• /fast should appear in Tab completion like other slash commands
• Or the lightning bolt icon (↯) should be clickable to toggle Fast mode

Workaround:
Typing /fast + Enter directly works, but the command is not discoverable through normal UI affordances.
