[FEATURE] Show timestamps on messages in conversation

Problem Statement

Currently there are no timestamps visible on messages in Claude Code conversations.
It would be helpful to see the date and time on each message, especially for longer
sessions or when reviewing conversation history. This helps with context when
returning to a session later or referencing when a specific decision was made.
