[Feature Request] Add visual cursor indicator for plugin command line focus state

Question

**Bug Description**
Please add a blinking cursor when the plugin’s command line is active, because it’s hard to tell whether the focus is in the terminal or the editor. I'm using Android Studio Panda 2 | 2025.3.2 + Claude plugin.
