Allow hiding disabled Built-in MCPs from /mcp list

Feature Request

The /mcp command always shows Built-in MCPs (e.g. claude-in-chrome, computer-use) even when they are disabled. There is currently no way to hide them from the list.

Current Behavior

Built-in MCPs (always available)
claude-in-chrome · ○ disabled
computer-use · ○ disabled

These always appear in the /mcp dialog regardless of user preference.

Desired Behavior

Provide a way to hide disabled Built-in MCPs from the /mcp list, or at least collapse/hide the "Built-in MCPs" section when all entries are disabled.

Motivation

Users who don't use these built-in MCPs and have explicitly disabled them shouldn't have to see them every time they check their MCP server status. It adds visual noise to an otherwise clean server list.
