[BUG] Intermittent Freezes Claude Code 2.1.92

What's Wrong?

Claude Code 2.1.92 on Windows 10, Bun runtime, freezes intermittently on any input transition — after task completion, at permission prompts, when typing during streaming. TUI becomes unresponsive but process stays alive (Responding: True). Happens in both Windows Terminal and conhost. Clean reinstall, no plugins, Defender excluded. Ryzen 7 5800X3D, 32GB RAM, NVMe. Reproducible across multiple sessions.
