[BUG] Claude stopped supporting non-technical task detection and user redirection

Bug Description
I asked claude to help with some research related to insurance. Below is the response. When challenged it will actually help me research.

Think of a brand new user, say one I send a pass to. They ask it a simple question like this to see what it can and can't do and they get this answer. I look like an idiot for recommending it and you loose a customer.

Also, "coding assistant" is a REAL stretch with the all the bugs in the latest model. A coding assistant would follow guidelines and rules set by the dev lead. This thing DOES NOT PERIOD.

It also WILL NOT get ANY task correct the first time.
