You've hit your limit · resets 8pm (Africa/Cairo)

Bug Description
there is an issue in Claude Code it got stuck (spinning timer, no token counting, no file reading) and only after i interrupted it did it show the “You’ve hit your limit” message. where we didnt do any work to get near to hit 20% of my limit
