Claude do not follow the instruction and keep repeating same mistakes and sometime make actions i adi dnot request it cost me my photos loss, time waste and ending up with many files to review. I keep asking him not to delte without asking and he keep deleting. i keep asking to save this in the memory and he does but do not listen and do things without my persmission

follow instructions. save memory of certain tasks asks to confirm things before any actions taken
