[BUG] CLI spinner stops silently with no output and no error message

OS: Windows 11 + WSL/Ubuntu

再現手順: 通常のプロンプト送信 → spinnerが7分15秒回る → spinner停止 → 出力なし、エラーなし
期待する動作: エラーならエラーメッセージを表示すべき
