[BUG] Claude Code deleted the directory on which it worked.

Here's the terminal

Steps to Reproduce

1. No way
2. I will continue using
3. this buggy tool.

Expected Behavior

Don't delete my data, follow instructions, & work better that aider

Actual Behavior

Deletes an important directory, forcing me to restore data.
