[BUG] Claude Desktop - Code mode (CCD) fails with SSL cert verification behind Zscaler proxy

What's Wrong?

• Unable to use Claude desktop Code mode in Mac, behind Zscaler.
• Code mode (CCD) fails with SSL cert verification behind Zscaler proxy
• install_ca_certificates completes in 0ms, finds no certs
• Chat and Cowork modes work fine
• Zscaler Root CA is in system keychain with admin trust
• Claude Desktop v1.569.0 on macOS

What Should Happen?

Should be able to use Claude desktop code mode in Mac, behind ZScaler

Run the setup I mentioned with those version numbers. Claude desktop Code mode does not connect to Anthropic APIs.
