[Bug] Session .jsonl files not persisted to disk for project sessions

Bug Description
Bug: Session .jsonl files not created for webshop project

Sessions were created and used (subagent folders exist with data),
but the main session .jsonl files were never written to disk.

Location:
C:\Users\..\.claude\projects\c--Users-csorb-Documents-Projects-webshop\

Affected sessions:

• 5a47398b-21ac-45db-a1d9-5466bc4b1b0d
• b6de4ca9-3d7b-47d8-8953-22b0554f25ef
• d5000f41-5f18-412b-94c0-ca267d66d92b
• db747476-5d69-410f-bd99-1d8bbcb70cf4

Each folder contains subagent .jsonl files but the parent
session .jsonl is missing. Sessions cannot be resumed.
