[BUG] recent update made cli refresh slowly

Bug Description

since yesterday, after entering some text, it doesn't show for about a second and then it shows.

Steps to Reproduce

1. open claude
2. type something
3. it doesn't show for about a second

Expected Behavior

it used to show immediately

Actual Behavior

i can't see it for about a second

happened after i restarted yesterday
