[Bug] Usage stats show incorrect percentage after weekly limit refresh

Bug Description
I would like to flag a potential issue with my usage stats. After my weekly limit refreshed at 11:00 AM today, it already shows 15% usage as of 5:00 PM. Furthermore, the system indicates I’ve hit a 5-hour window despite only using the service for 2 hours. I'm on $200 plan. I’d appreciate any help in resolving this.
