[BUG] MacOS Desktop app doesn't load zsh profile/settings, not able to run system CLI tools

What's Wrong?

After update to latest version v2.1.91, Claude Code desktop app is not able to run CLI tools anymore, because it doesn't see my full system $PATH.

What Should Happen?

Claude Code desktop app should be able to run CLI tools like docker or php.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install latest Claude desktop app on MacOS
2. Tell it to run "echo $PATH"
3. Result should be the same as in terminal
