[Bug] Claude halts execution and prompts user input in bypass mode

Bug Description
Now Claude just keeps goddamn stopping all the time and asking me questions when it's in bypass mode
so it's never done this before and now it's stopping all the time. Again, what is it that you guys do to this to make it more difficult for developers constantly?
