[BUG] resume session after update broken

What's Wrong?

I just updated claude manually and it does not find the last session I was on 30 minutes ago.

What Should Happen?

claude --resume 298cfbfa-**--**** should reopen my last session

Error Messages/Logs

No conversation found with session ID: 298cfbfa-*****-****-****

Steps to Reproduce

run claude with 74 patch and close claude, update claude and try to restart the session.
