[Bug] Shift+Enter multiline input ignored when CLAUDE_CODE_NO_FLICKER=1 in Warp

Bug Description
shift+enter isn't respected in Warp + Claude Code if "CLAUDE_CODE_NO_FLICKER" is set to 1
shift+enter works the same as enter when "CLAUDE_CODE_NO_FLICKER" is set to 1

after removing "CLAUDE_CODE_NO_FLICKER" and restarting claude code, the shift+enter started to work again
