[BUG] if auto-mode gets triggered in session on Max plan, the entire session stops with "auto-mode not enabled on this plan". have to restart session

What's Wrong?

Auto mode can get triggered accidentally. If it does, and you're on a Max plan, the session comes to a halt. The agent complains that "Auto mode is unavailable on for your plan". Once that happens, you can't escape and have to kill the session.

What Should Happen?

I should be able to toggle auto mode off and continue my session.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have previously attempted to set auto mode as available on a Max plan
2. Turn it off
3. On some occasions the first selection, which normally has "auto accept", will have "auto mode" instead. Make that choice, then cry.
