[Feature Request] Update default model names to current Anthropic API versions

Bug Description
the model names were too out of date to work and I updated them by hand :)

Errors
The standard, default, models used or suggested were too old to work and I had to look up working models via

not a bug per se, but I'm sure you want to suggest things that work.
