[BUG] Claude App - Code/Web endlessly timing out again - but no issues open in status.claude.ai
Preflight Checklist

- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
Hitting endless timeouts in Claude Code Web asking for a simple file to be created (project plan) when writing large files via the Write tool, the approximate file size (this plan is ~400 lines of markdown).
This is using the Claude App and the Code tab with Web option selected.
Early this morning, everything was fine. Starting at 9:30am we began to be unable to use Claude Code Web for anything substantial.
No notices of issues with our usage.
What Should Happen?
Can someone please acknowledge that this product is unusable?

Additional Information
It would be nice if there was an option here folks for Claude app. Or maybe you don't want to support this? There is no way to open tickets just for Claude app that I can find. Even though it has a Code tab/feature.
