[FEATURE REQUEST] Mid-range plan in-between Pro and Max

Problem Statement

Many friendly developers and I are stuck on the Pro plan with insufficient tokens for our work, but the Max plan is overkill. Some buy 2x or 3x Pro plans on different accounts, but it's weird and inconvenient. We're happy to pay for more usage, but 2x or 3x the Pro Plan, and having it between 1x and 5x is a weird gap in pricing.

Proposed Solution

I'd like to get a mid-range plan with Pro features and 2x or 3x the usage available on Pro, at an adequate price.
