[BUG] /buddy prompt timer

What's Wrong?

When you use the /buddy system, there is a cute little prompt that comes up, it doesn't last very long and I can never read all the way through it. Recommend adding like ~3 seconds. Love the feature!

What Should Happen?

Just extend the time out a couple seconds before the cute prompt goes away so slow readers like myself can actually enjoy the moral you're doing.
