IDE Integration and Permission Management Improvements

Bug Description

1. It is not clear what the /ide does, it can not read test or output, so I do not know what it adds.
2. I would like the /permission system to be overhauled I would like to see a list with all available permissions and the option to set it to ask, allow, block instead of having to type it myself.
3. I would like to execute commands or do anything automatically with a /command, but I have to make a .md to make the /command visible.
