Cannot continue working despite new credits from upgrading account

Bug Description
I ran out of weekly credits, so I upgraded my account from the Pro to the Max plan. When I attempt to continue the session, it indicates that I am still out of funds. However, /usage indicates that I have funds (and so does the web).

Other potentially useful details:

• I had just renewed Pro the previous day
• I switched credit cards to pay for the upgrade
