/desktop fails: transcript has no cwd

Running `/desktop` from an active CLI session fails with the following error:

```

## Steps to reproduce

1. Start a CLI session (`claude`)
2. Run `/desktop` from within the session

## Environment

- **CLI version:** 2.1.87
- **Platform:** macOS (Darwin 25.3.0)
- **Shell:** zsh
