[BUG] API Error: 529

What's Wrong?

I keep getting hit with "API Error: 529 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"overloaded_error","message":"Overloaded"},"request_id":"req_011CZbiHognn1znP8MCgREwD"}" errors.

What Should Happen?

It should not be overloaded
