[Bug] Session exits unexpectedly without warning during active work

Bug Description
It keeps exiting all my sessions. It will be in the middle of working an dlose everything. This has been happening all day, Claude code is full of reports in Down Detector and there has been no acknolwedgement that there is an issue. I will be working, it just exits with no warning, I re start claude and paste the chat history to attempt to get where I was and it has been happening every 10 minutes roughly all day
